Backwoods Bound Chicken Chili

This one pot recipe makes the best white chili in the Backwoods!
|
|
~ 1 package Backwoods Bound Chili Seasoning Mix ~ 2 lb's cooked chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces ~ 2 cups reduced salt chicken broth; homemade, canned or prepared from boullion ~ 3 cans (15oz) great northern beans, or your favorite white beans, don't drain

In a soup pot, combine the seasoning mix, chicken and broth. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
Add the beans and return to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 15 additional minutes.
Serve and Enjoy!
