In a skillet, mix together the meat, seasoning and onion. Cook until browned. Drain. Stir in the olives and salsa. Spray a cooking sheet with spray oil. Place one pie crust on it and spread the meat mixture on it. Stop about 3/4" from the edge. Sprinkle on the cheese. Place other crust on top and seal the edge with a fork. You might moisten the edge to help it stick together better. Cut a couple of slits in the top. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 - 25 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. Serve topped with shredded lettuce, chopped tomato, sour cream, salsa, guacamole, etc. Enjoy.
