~ 1 packet Backwoods Bound Chili Seasoning Mix ~ 2 lb's chicken breast, deboned, skinned & cut into strips ~ 2 tbsp oil ~ 1 large green bell pepper, cut into strips ~ 1 large red bell pepper, cut into strips ~ 1 medium or large onion, your choice ~ tortilla shells ~ shredded cheddar cheese ~ your favorite salsa or hot sauce

Heat the oil in a large skillet. Add the chicken and sprinkle on the chili seasoning mix. Mix throughly
Cover and cook over medium heat until done.
Stir in the onion, green pepper and red pepper.
Cover and cook over medium heat until the vegetables are tender, stirring ocassionally. Add a little water if needed.
Spoon the meat and vegetables onto a warm tortilla shell. Top with shredded cheese, salsa or hot sauce.
Roll up the tortilla to hold in the goodies.
