Steve's Turtle Soup

Steve's Turtle Soup

~ 2 -3 lb's turtle meat, cut into 1" cubes
~ 1 large onion, chopped
~ 1 lb fresh mushrooms
~ 3 - 4 large potatoes, cubed
~ 1 can cream of mushroom soup
~ 1 can cream of celery soup
~ 2 soup cans water
~ pepper to taste

Add all the ingredients to a large pot. Stir together.

Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 1 hour or until meat is tender.

Add water as needed. Stir occasionally.

Serve and enjoy.
