~ 1 wild turkey breast cut into medallions or strips. Or leave in two large pieces and cut after cooked
~ 2 cans Budweiser beer
~ salt and pepper
~ garlic powder
~ minced onion
~ your favorite barbecue sauce
~ hickory wood chunks
Soak the turkey breast in beer for 3 hours. Remove and drain.

Soak hickory chunks in water at least 30 minutes.

Sprinkle to taste with salt, pepper, garlic powder and minced onion

Place on a hot charcoal grill over medium heat. Place 3 to 4 soaked hickory chunks on the hot charcoal.

Baste with the bbq sauce throughout cooking. Go with light coats at first then increase as the meat gets done.

Serve with your favorite side dishes and enjoy.

"Warning: This will result in an atomic explosion of flavor in your mouth! Eat with extreme caution!" - Jeff
