Sweet Squirrel

~ 2 squirrels cut into serving pieces
~ 1 tsp salt
~ 1/2 tsp pepper
~ 1 bottle Italian dressing

Place squirrel pieces in a large pot and just cover with water. Add the salt and pepper.

Bring to a boil then simmer until just tender.

Remove meat and place in a baking pan.

Pour the dressing over the top of the meat and bake at 350 degrees until there’s a coating on the top, 20 – 30 minutes.

Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy.
