Sloppy Squirrel Sandwiches

~ 5 squirrels, cut up
~ 1 bottle of your favorite barbecue sauce
~ 1 - 2 tbsp honey
~ 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Boil the squirrels until meat starts to fall of the bone, about 2 hours.

Remove and allow to cool.

Pull the meat from the bones and shred into pieces.

In a large pan, mix the sauce, honey and cayenne together over low heat. Add the meat and stir well. Heat through.

Serve on rolls.
