Mashed Potato Casserole Another great recipe from April Barkulis.

~ 8 large baking potatoes ~ 8 oz sour cream ~ 3 oz cream cheese ~ 1/4 cup butter, melted ~ 1/4 cup milk ~ 2 cloves garlic, minced ~ 1/2 tsp dried dillweed ~ salt and pepper to taste ~ 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Boil potatoes until tender. Drain.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the potatoes with the sour cream, cream cheese, butter, milk, garlic, dillweed and salt and pepper.
Place in a casserole dish and sprinkle with the parmasan cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Serve and Enjoy!
