Mashed Potato Casserole
Ingredients
- 8 large baking potatoes
- 8 oz sour cream
- 3 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp dried dillweed
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions
Boil potatoes until tender. Drain.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the potatoes with the sour cream, cream cheese, butter, milk, garlic, dillweed and salt and pepper.
Place in a casserole dish and sprinkle with the parmasan cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
