Rabbit Stew 2

~ 2 rabbits, deboned
~ 1/2 tsp seasoning salt
~ 1 tbsp salt
~ couple dashes of pepper
~ 1 large onion, chopped
~ 3 large potatoes, thickly chopped
~ 2 – 3 carrots, chopped
~ 4 cups water

Place the water in a large soup pot.

Add the rabbit meat, salts, pepper, onion, potatoes and carrots.

Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium and simmer until the veggies are tender and the rabbit is cooked.

Stir occasionally and add water if needed.

Serve and enjoy.
