Pheasant Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked pheasant, cubed
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl until well blended.

Season to taste with salt and pepper if needed. Mix well.

Serve on bread or buns.
