~ 2 pheasants, cut into bite size pieces ~ 1 can cream of mushroom soup ~ 1 can cream of chicken soup ~ 1/2 jar salsa, medium flavored ~ 1/3 pint sour cream ~ 1/2 lb shredded cheddar cheese ~ 1 large onion, finely chopped ~ 1 packet tortillas, cut into strips

In a large bowl, mix together the meat, soups, salsa, sour cream, cheese and onion.
Grease a casserole dish.
Layer in the tortillas and the meat mixture starting with a layer of tortillas.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Serve and enjoy.
