Cheesy Salmon Roll Ups

- 1 can salmon
- 1 recipe of biscuit dough
- 2 tsp. minced onion
- 2 tsp. parsley
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. celery seeds
- 1 jar melted cheese sauce
Remove the skin and bones from the salmon. Keep the liquid.

Mix the salmon with liquid together with the onion, parsley, pepper, and the celery seeds.

Prepare biscuit dough and roll it out a little thinner than you would for biscuits.

Spread the salmon mixture over the dough and roll it up like a jelly roll.

Slice the roll into about 1/2 inch thick rolls.

Place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees until the dough is golden brown.

Pour melted cheese over each roll as they are served.
