Beer Battered Fish

Ingredients

  • your favorite fish fillets
  • lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup cornmeal
  • 1 tsp dill
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 1/2 can (6 oz.) beer

Instructions

In a bowl, mix the flour, cornmeal, dill, salt and paprika together.

Add the beer and mix until smooth.

Sprinkle the fish with lemon juice.

Dip the fillets one at a time into the batter.

Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.
