Grilled Salmon
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- salt
- pepper
- 3 tsp fresh chopped thyme
- olive oil
- lemon wedges
Instructions
Brush both sides of the fillets with olive oil.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Sprinkle on the thyme.
Cover your grilling grate with foil if desired.
Place the fillets on the grill and cook over medium heat for 8 - 9 minutes.
Carefully flip over and cook another 8 - 9 minutes. Fish is done when it flakes easy.
Serve with lemon wedges.
