Baked Bass

Ingredients

  • 6 oz teriyaki sauce
  • lemon juice
  • lemon pepper
  • 1 medium onion, sliced thinly

Instructions

~ 2 lbs bass fillets

Marinate fish in teriyaki sauce overnight.

Place fish in baking pan lined with aluminum foil and sprinkle with lemon juice & lemon pepper.

Place onion slices on top of fish.

Cover and bake for 20-25 minutes at 375 degrees.

Serve and enjoy!
