Wild Game Sausage Rolls

~ 1 lb wild game sausage, elk, deer, hog, etc.
~ 1/4 cup brown sugar
~ 2 tbps butter
~ 1 small onion, chopped
~ 1/2 tsp cinnamon
~ 1/2 tsp ginger
~ 1 tbsp soy sauce
~ 1 package egg roll wrappers
~ oil for deep frying


Melt the butter in a skillet. Add the sausage and cook until done. Drain if needed.

Stir in the remaining ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes stirring occasionally.

Roll the wrappers and cut into quarters.

Place 1/2 tsp on each wrapper. Moisten the edges and roll tightly together pinching the edges together.

Fry in oil heated to 375 degrees until golden brown.

Drain on paper towels. Keep warm.

Serve with sweet and sour sauce or duck sauce.

Enjoy.
