Duck And Wild Rice Casserole Thanks to Rocky for sharing this recipe.

~ 1 duck, cut into serving pieces ~ 1/2 cup wild rice ~ 1 package onion soup mix ~ 1 cup water ~ 1 small can mushrooms, drained ~ 1 tsp salt ~ 1/2 tsp oregano ~ 2 tbsp grated orange peel

Place the duck in a casserole dish.
In a bowl, mix the rice and soup mix together.
Add the water and mushrooms. Stir together.
Place the rice mixture between the duck pieces.
Mix the seasonings together and sprinkle on the top of everything.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
Check a couple of times and add more water if necessary.
Remove from oven and let set for a couple of minutes.
Serve with a green salad and enjoy.
