Duck In A Bag

~ 1 whole duck ~ 1 apple, coarsely chopped ~ 1 orange, coarsely chopped ~ bacon ~ salt and pepper ~ 1 cup white wine

Season the inside of the duck to taste with the salt and pepper.
Place the chopped up fruits inside the duck and close securely with toothpicks or string.
Season the outside to taste with the salt and pepper.
Place bacon strips over the top.
Place in a roasting/cooking bag.
Pour in the wine and seal.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 3/4 hour.
Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
Cut open the bag. Carve, serve, and enjoy.
