Duck Ka-bobs

~ 2 duck breasts, cut into 1” cubes
~ Italian dressing
~ onions, quartered
~ bell peppers, quartered
~ cherry tomatoes
~ mushrooms
~ bacon, optional


Marinade the duck meat in Italian dressing overnight.

Wrap each piece of meat with 1/2 slice of bacon if desired.

Place meat on skewers alternating with the veggies.

Grill over medium heat until meat/bacon is done.

Serve hot.
