Smoked Duck Breast

~ duck breast
~ milk
~ Worcestershire sauce
~ your favorite injectable marinade
~ your favorite bbq sauce, optional
~ bacon

Soak the duck in milk and worcester sauce overnight in a zip lock bag.

Remove and drain.

Inject with the marinade.

Spread on the bbq sauce if desired.

Wrap in bacon and secure with toothpicks if needed.

Place in smoker until cooked through.

Remove and let set a few minutes.

Serve and enjoy.
