Duck On The Grill

~ duck breasts, enough to feed your family, cut into 1 inch cubes
~ 1 bottle Italian dressing
~ 1 package McCormicks southwest seasoning
~ 1 pack bacon

In a large bowl, mix the dressing and the seasoning together.

Add the cut up duck. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Overnight is better.

Preheat grill.

Cut the bacon slices into thirds.

Wrap each duck cube with bacon and secure with toothpicks.

Grill 10 minutes turning once. Don't overcook the duck.

Serve and Enjoy!
