Sauteed Dove
Ingredients
- 12 dove breasts
- 1 gallon water
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- garlic powder
- paprika
- onion powder
- white pepper
- peanut oil
Instructions
Mix the water and vinegar together and soak the breasts for 2 hours.
Wash the breasts and dry.
Sprinkle the breasts with the garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, and white pepper to taste.
Place the breasts, bone side down in a skillet with peanut oil.
Cover and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat.
Turn meat and cook another 10 minutes or until done.
Serve with your favorite side dishes.
