Fried Dove Nuggets

~ 12 dove breasts
~ 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
~ 3/4 tsp oregano
~ 1/4 tsp salt
~ 1/4 tsp black pepper
~ 6 sprigs fresh parsley, chopped


Cut the dove breasts into small chunks. Place in a bowl.

Sprinkle on the cayenne, oregano, salt and pepper. Lightly stir to coat evenly.

Heat a little oil over low heat in skillet.

When the pan is hot, add the dove pieces. Sprinkle on the parsley.

Cook to medium rare stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat and drain on paper towels.

Let rest a couple of minutes.

Serve and enjoy.
