Baked Dove

Baked Dove

~ 6 whole dove breasts
~ waterchestnuts
~ your favorite bbq sauce
~ bacon

Spray a baking dish/cookie sheet with non-stick spray.

Spread the waterchestnuts on the sheet.

Cover the dove breasts with the bbq sauce.

Place them on top of the waterchestnuts.

Cover breasts with bacon.

Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.

Broil for 5 - 7 minutes if desired.

Serve and enjoy.
