Butter Dove
Ingredients
- dove breasts, cut into bite size pieces
- 1/2 stick butter
- 4 - 5 tbsp oilve oil
- onion, diced
- bell pepper, diced
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Heat the butter and oil in a large skillet.
Add all the ingredients.
Cook until well done. Should be almost crispy on the outside. Stir occasionally.
Serve and enjoy.
