In a pot, place the breasts on a strainer so you can steam them.
Add water to the bottom of the pot and steam breasts until tender. Remove.
While doves are cooking, prepare the stuffing per directions on the box. Set aside.
Place the breasts in a baking dish lighty greased with butter.
Surround the breasts with the stuffing and place a little inside of each.
Place bacon strips over the the top of the entire dish.
Bake at 350 degrees until the bacon is done and the stuffing starts to brown.
Serve with rice.
