Pineapple Upside Down Cake Thanks to Mary Hughes for this recipe.

~ 1 yellow cake mix ~ 2 cans crushed pineapple, drained ~ brown sugar ~ 1 stick butter

Mix the cake mix per box instructions. Set aside.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Place the butter in a 9” x 13” cake pan. Place in oven until melted.
Spread melted butter evenly in pan and cover with brown sugar.
Spread one can of pineapple over sugar.
Cover pineapple with a layer of brown sugar.
Spread on the other can of pineapple.
Pour on the cake mix and spread evenly.
Bake on middle rack until a toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
Cool before slicing.
Enjoy.
