Buttermilk Pie

~ 1 1/3 cups sugar
~ 2 tbsp flour
~ 2 eggs, beaten
~ 2/3 stick of butter, melted
~ 2/3 cup buttermilk
~ 2/3 tsp vanilla
~ 1 9" pie crust, unbaked

In a bowl, mix the sugar and flour together.
Mix in the eggs and butter. Add the milk and vanilla.
Pour into pie crust and bake at 375 degrees until the browns on the top and edges.
Reduce heat to 325 and bake until the middle is firm and no longer liquid.
Total bake time, 45 – 60 minutes.
Cool before slicing.
