Microwavable Flan Covered by Sugar Caramel

~ 1 can condensed milk
~ 1 can evaporated milk
~ 6 eggs
~ pinch of salt
~ 5 tsp sugar, optional

Add all of the ingredients to a blender.

Blend until well mixed.

Pour into a microwavable bowl. Cook on high 15 minutes or until done. Let stand in oven for a couple of minutes.

Remove and refrigerate until cold.

Serve with ready made caramel topping.

Or you can make your own caramel.

Pour a lot of sugar into a pan. Heat on the stove while stirring until it is melted. Be careful not to over do it as it will taste burned if it gets to brown.

Pour on top of flan while it is hot. Refrigerate until cold.
