Venison Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground venison
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • seasoning salt
  • pepper
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can chicken noodle soup
  • 1/2 soup can water
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup raw rice
  • Chinese noodles

Instructions

In a skillet, add the meat and onion. Season to taste with the seasoning salt and pepper. Cook until browned. Drain any fat.

In a large bowl, combine the soups, water, soy sauce and rice. Stir in the cooked meat.

Pour into a greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.

Sprinkle the top with the noodles. Cook another 20 minutes.

Serve and enjoy.
