Minute Steaks with Mushroom Soup

~ deer steaks or chops
~ flour
~ salt
~ pepper
~ oil
~ 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
~ cooked rice

Place some flour in a bowl and season to taste with the salt and pepper.

Heat oil in an iron skillet.

Roll steaks in the seasoned flour and add to the hot oil.

Cook over medium heat until almost done.

Remove meat and drain fat.

Return meat to the skillet and cover evenly with the soup.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

Serve over cooked rice.

Enjoy.
