EZ Deer Roast
Thanks to Kenny for sharing his recipe.

~ 2 lb deer roast
~ 2 tbsp soy sauce
~ 2-3 tbsp worchestershire sauce
~ 1-2 tbsp A-1 sauce
~ 1 tsp pepper
~ 1 tsp garlic salt/powder or 2 cloves minced garlic
~ 1 can/bottle of beer
~ your favorite seasonings to taste, optional

Place meat in pot with a lid. Add all seasonings. Fill with enough water to cover meat.

Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer with lid on for 30 minutes. Stir and turn meat as needed.

Partially remove lid from pot, turn up heat to maintain simmer. Continue to simmer until there is approx 1/4 of an inch of "gravy like sludge" in the bottom of the pot.

Be sure to turn meat over and roll it around in seasoning several times toward the end.

Once the water is all gone and all you have left is sludge, the meat should be soft enough to cut with a fork.

Use what is left in the bottom of the pan as gravy or to dip the meat in as you eat it.

If juices in bottom of pan are not thick enough, add a little flour or corn starch to thicken it up.

Serve with your favorite side dishes.

Enjoy.
