~ 1 lb deer steaks or chops, use more if you like ~ Cavendars greek seasoning ~ McCormicks broiled steak seasoning ~ Italian dressing, if desired ~ fresh jalepeno slices, one for each steak ~ sliced bacon to wrap each steak

Cut the steaks into 2 inch squares.
Season the deer to taste with the seasonings.
Place in a bowl and cover with the Italian dressing if desired.
Cover and let stand in the refrigerator for at least 1 1/2 hours.
Place a jalepeno slice on the steak and then wrap a slice of bacon around it. Secure with water soaked toothpicks.
Grill over medium heat until done.
Serve and enjoy!
These make great appetizers.
