Jim's Tangy Deer Chops
Thanks to Jim Riggle for sharing his recipe.

~ 4 venison chops or steaks, 3/4 in thick
~ 1/3 cup worcestershire sauce
~ 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
~ 1 tbsp seasoned salt
~ 1 tbsp garlic powder
~ 1 tbsp onion powder
~ 1 tbsp fresh ground pepper
~ 1/2 cup vegetable or olive oil

Place the chops/steaks in a baking dish large enough to hold them close to the bottom. Pour the worcestershire sauce over the meat.

Marinate in the refrigerator about 2-3 hours turning occasionally.

Mix the flour, seasoning salt, garlic powder, onion powder and pepper in a paper bag or plastic baggie and mix well.

Place the chops/steaks in the flour mixture and coat well.

Place the steaks in the preheated oil, about 350 degrees. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until brown.

Serve and Enjoy the new taste.
