Crockpot BBQ

Ingredients

  • 2 - 4 lbs venison roast, cut into 1/2" thick steaks
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 cups your favorite bbq sauce
  • 1/2 cup beer

Instructions

Place the steaks in a crockpot.

Add the onion.

In a bowl combine the garlic powder, pepper, bbq sauce and beer together.

Pour over the meat. Lightly stir together.

Cook on low 4 - 6 hours.

Serve on toasted buns or on the side with your favorite side dishes.
