Crockpot BBQ
Ingredients
- 2 - 4 lbs venison roast, cut into 1/2" thick steaks
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 cups your favorite bbq sauce
- 1/2 cup beer
Instructions
Place the steaks in a crockpot.
Add the onion.
In a bowl combine the garlic powder, pepper, bbq sauce and beer together.
Pour over the meat. Lightly stir together.
Cook on low 4 - 6 hours.
Serve on toasted buns or on the side with your favorite side dishes.
