Deer Jerky Marinade

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 bottle liquid hickory smoke
- 2 tsp meat tenderizer
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 3/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
Instructions
Mix together well in a bowl.
Place sliced deer in a large zip-lock bag.
Pour in the marinade, seal and refrigerate 24 to 48 hours. The longer the better.
Dry by your usual method.
