Mexican Bean Dip
Thanks to Roy H. Boyd for sharing his recipe.

~ 1 lb deer burger
~ 1 – 8oz carton cream cheese, softened
~ 1 – 15 oz can Bush’s chili beans, mild or hot, drained
~ 2 tbsp chili powder, more if desired
~ sliced jalapeno peppers
~ shredded Colby and Monterey Jack cheese

Brown the burger until done. Drain if needed.

While the burger is cooking, spread the cream cheese in the bottom of a 9” diameter glass dish. Smooth evenly over the bottom with the back of a spoon.

Once burger is cooked, add the beans and chili powder. Stir well.

Pour over the cream cheese. Place as many pepper slices on the top as desired.

Top with the shredded cheese and microwave 6 – 8 minutes uncovered.

Serve with your favorite chips and enjoy.
