Awesome Burgers

Awesome Burgers

~ 2 lbs ground deer
~ 12 oz. chorizo (Mexican sausage)
~ 1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
~ 1 egg, beaten

In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients.

Shape into 1/4 lb. patties.

Fry in a skillet with a little oil or place on grill and cook over medium heat.

Serve with your favorite burger condiments.
