Vivacious Venison Loaf

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. ground venison
  • 3/4 sleeve saltine crackers
  • 1/3 cup ranch dressing
  • 2/3 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup ketchup

Instructions

Crumble the crackers into fine pieces.

In a large mixing bowl combine all of the ingredients except the ketchup. Mix well.

Place in a loaf pan.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 90 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.

Spread the ketchup on top of the loaf and bake for 10 - 15 minutes or until the internal temp. reaches 165 degrees.
