Deer Yummy Burgers

~ 2 lbs deer burger (ground deer)
~ 4 5 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
~ 2 eggs, beaten
~ 20 30 Ritz crackers, crushed

Crumble the deer in a mixing bowl. Mix in the Worcester sauce.

Let stand in refrigerator for 20 30 minutes.

Mix in the beaten eggs and the cracker crumbs.

Pat into burger size patties.

Grill over medium heat or fry with a little oil to your desired doneness. Medium to medium-well is recommended.

Serve with your favorite burger fixings.
