Baked Venison Loaf

~1 1/2 lb’s ground venison
~ 2 eggs
~ 1/4 cup bread crumbs
~ 1/4 cup oats
~ 1 small onion, chopped
~ 1/2 green pepper, chopped
~ 1/4 cup bbq sauce
~ 1/4 cup ranch dressing

In a mixing bowl, combine the meat, eggs, bread crumbs, oats, onion and pepper together thoroughly.

Place in an ungreased loaf pan.

Mix the bbq sauce and dressing together in a small bowl.

Pour evenly on top of the meat loaf.

Bake uncovered for 50 – 55 minutes at 350 degrees.

Serve with your favorite side dishes.
