Machinegun Mike's Deer Chili

~ 2 lb's ground deer
~ 1 packet your favorite chili seasoning
~ 1 large jar Spicy V-8 juice
~ 1 - 64oz jar Chi-Chi's medium salsa, or your favorite brand
~ 2 cups elbow macaroni

Brown the deer meat in a large skillet. Drain if necessary.

Place the meat in a large pot. Stir in 1/2 of the V-8 juice and the chili seasoning.

Stir in the salsa. Mix well.

Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 15 minutes.

Add the rest of the juice and stir in the macaroni.

Cook on low heat until the macaroni is tender. Stir occasionally to keep from sticking.

Serve and enjoy.
