~ 1 1/2 lb's deer meat, cubed ~ 1 medium onion, chopped ~ 1 medium green pepper, diced ~ 1/2 lb mushrooms ~ 1/2 stick butter ~ 1 tsp garlic salt ~ pepper ~ salt ~ 1 package frozen Chinese vegetables ~ 1 - 8oz can brown gravy ~ 2 tsp soy sauce ~ cooked rice

Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion, pepper and mushrooms and simmer until soft.
Add the meat, garlic salt, pepper and salt to taste. Stir together.
Cover and simmer for 1 hour stirring ocassionally.
Add the veggies, gravy and soy sauce. Mix together.
Cover and simmer for 1/2 hour or until the veggies are tender.
Serve over rice.
