last night there was t-storms through out yuma county and more on the way. usually after a bad storm the dove will migrate a little further south to mexico. we usually get these monsoon type storms about onnce every 3 to 4 years so i dont think there will be to much action this opening season.

Sometimes we come across the same type of thunder storms when hunting dove in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas. There to the dove migrate to and from Mexico to feed in the grain fields. I would imagine the hunting is very similiar in Arizona as to Texas. Although, I have been hunting during and after thunder storms and the dove love to feed in the moist fields, especially when drizziling.
